ATTENTION PR. 6 PARENTS
This memo supersedes previous memo about puasa time during the fasting month for all Primary Six.
ALL PRIMARY SIX STUDENTS WILL BE DISMISSED AT 11.30 AM in order for the students to get Ugama School at 12.00 noon with effect from 24th August 2009.

PRIMARY PARENTS
RE: PUASA TIMES 3RD TERM HOLIDAY
Please take note of the Puasa times for Primary Section :
Morning 7.45 (am) - 11.30 am
Afternoon 12.00 (pm) - 3.45 (pm)
This timetable will be taken into effect from 24th August 2009.
The school will close for the 3rd Term Holiday from the 13th September until 27th September. The school will re-open on Monday 28th September for Term 4.
Please note ALL PRIMARY SIX students will be required to go to school during the 3rd Term Holidays for extra classes, a separate time table will be given in due course.
To all our Muslim Parents, Teachers and Students Selamat Berpuasa and Selamat Hari Raya Aidilfitri.

KINDERGARTEN CLASSES DURING THE MONTH OF RAMADAN
During the Holly month of Ramadan kindergarten schools are generally school.
However, Stella's School (KG section), with the acknowledgment of the Ministry of Education will be open from 24th August until 12th September 2009. This is to replace the kindergarten students for when the kindergarten section will be closed from the 5th October until 8th October (4days) as primary will be using the kindergarten building during this time for the public examination for primary 6 (P.S.R).

STAFF HOME - TIME DUTIES
Parents are requested to pick up their children on time. Teachers and other staff members will be gong home early as they too fasting.

SCHOOL FEES FOR 2010
Parents of all current kindergarten students confirm their child's place for 2010 by payment of the first term school fees, Jan/ Feb/ March 2010 as soon as possible in order to secure a place in 2010.
For those students who are not continuing at Stella's School the dead- line for submitting written notice in order to get a refund of the deposit is 20th September 2009. After this date any letter received will not be eligible for the refund.

MCT - Maths PSR 2009
Please take note the 1st PSR, MCT test will be held at Stella's School this Friday 7th August 2009 at 11:00 till 11:15 am (AFTER the extra class) with the permission from the Ministry Of Education. Attendance is COMPULSORY as marks from the MCT tests contribute to 10% of your child's Maths result in PSR 2009. The timetable is listed below.
