Year 6

A trip to the Empire Cinema on Saturday, 26th November 2011 has been organised for all year 6 students to watch the movie 'Tintin'. The cost will be $14 per child which includes bus fare, movie ticket, drink and popcorn.

The bus will be leaving the school at 8.20 am and we should be back at school by 11.30 am.

CELEBRATION FOR HARI RAYA AIDIL ADHA, AWAL TAHUN HIJRAH & DOA SELAMAT

Please be informed that the primary will be celebrating Hari Raya Aidil Adha, Awal Tahun Hijrah and Doa Selamat on Thursday, 24th November 2011. Students are encouraged to wear Baju Melayu/ Baju Kurong on this day and there will be a small class party.

REPORTS

Reports and Examination papers will be passed out on Saturday, 26th November 2011 and the parent/ teacher meeting will be held on Tuesday, 29th November 2011 (8 am - 12 pm whole school).
The last school day for primary will be Saturday, 26th November. Children will be dismissed early on this day.

2012

School will re- open for all Year 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 on Tuesday, 3rd January 2012. For Year 1 and new students, school will re-open on Wednesday, 4th January 2012.
Next year, there will be a slight change for 'going home time' for Year 1, 2, 3. These students will be dismissed at 11.50 am the rest (Year 4, 5, 6) will be dismissed at 12.05 pm.

AFTERNOON SESSION KG2 and KG3 1:30p.m til 3:30 p.m

NO SCHOOL for KG1 am and PM ( tomorrow 19th ) and a day of rest for all Kindergarten on the 21st

Kg 1 fancy dress will be on the 25th at the National Stadium

Dear Year 6 Parents,

RE: BACA DOA SELAMAT & GRADUATION CEREMONY

On the 24th November 2011 the school will be holding Baca Doa Selamat/ Awal Tahun Hijrah/ Hari Raya Aidil Adha celebrations. The students are allowed to bring some food for this important occasion.

Please note that the students of Year 6 am/ pm are now busy preparing for the Graduation ceremony which will be held on Friday, 25th November 2011, 2:30 pm at The Core at UBD.

During the graduation the students will be presented their Graduation Photo (in a frame). The cost of this professional photo is B$8.00. Please make payment to the office as soon as possible.
