Follow up on the 40th Anniversary Events
First of all, I would like to thank parents on their positive response to our letter asking for volunteers for the carnival. We received many replies from parents who are willing to help and support us. At a later date we will be contacting these parents to discuss arrangements for the games for the carnival.
In the meantime I want to update you all on the latest arrangements that were discussed with the P.T.A pertaining the 40th Anniversary events.
A. SCHOOL MAGAZINE - Teacher Jayne and Teacher Jenny are incharge of the school magazine but they need our help obtaining photographs of previous and present students of Stella's School.
For example: photographs of sports days, school concerts, the fancy dress show etc.
B. SCHOOL CONCERT - The school concert will be held on Sunday 15th November 2009 at the I.C.C
The second concert is for All The Kindergarten Students and will be held at Berakas Fire Department Hall on Sunday 22nd November 2009.
C. CARNIVAL - This event will be held at the carpark area of the National Stadium on Sunday 5th July 2009 from 8.30am until 4.00pm. There will be an opening ceremony at 9.00am by Guest Of Honour.
It will be a day full excitement and fun. A large percentage of all monies raised will be given to charity of the choice of the P.T.A.

All parents are welcome to join us and show support for the P.T.A. Once again I would like to take this opportunity to thank all parents for their continuous to make the 40th Anniversary a great success.
